    Juvenile System

    Juvenile referees hold detention hearings when a child is arrested. West Virginia has two full-time and one part-time juvenile referees serving Kanawha, Cabell, and Wayne counties. Most counties the magistrates act as the juvenile referees.

    Mental Hygiene System
    This court looks at cases of people who will be put in a hospital, and guardianship without their permission.

    My opinion about this is it is wrong people should be able to decide if they want to do something or if they don’t want to. That’s why it is called having rights. I think it’s not fair it should not depended on if people think you need to go I think it needs to be if you really need to go not just go cause people say you need to.
