  1. Caylee Marie Anthony( August 9, 2005- c. June 16, 2008) was an American toddler who disappeared in June 2008 & whose body was discovered five months later, attracting national attention.
As the first-degree murder case against 25-year-old Casey Anthony continues to unfold in an Orlando courtroom, both sides agree on one stunning point: after the disappearance of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, the young mother buried herself – and those around her – under an avalanche of lies.
"A jury is going to ask, how could you go from being a good mother to a sociopath who killed your daughter in one day?" says Hornsby. "Drowning is a plausible explanation and one that a jury can grasp."
Throughout intensely emotional testimony from her parents Cindy and George Anthony, prosecutors exposed layers of untruths that began to pile up in the 30 days Caylee was missing before Casey told anyone she was gone.
I think she needs time in jail. The reason why I say that is because that was her falt & that was no else falt.

  2. Dear Mr. G

Caylee Marie Anthony , 2 years of age went missing and her mother told the police that she went to the babysitter while she went to hang out with some friends. The mother called “the babysitter” and told her that she was busy and she would text her later because she was at the bar with her friends.
The grandparents (Cindy Anthony) reported the grandchild missing on July 15,2008, Caylee lived in her grandparents home for awhile.
Caylee used how her dad sexually abused her as a child to try to get out of how she killed her daughter and they thought she didn’t have the capibility of killing her own daughter but they have found a little bit of proof about the death with hair and blood in the trunk of her car but they really haven’t found anything that said she did it. They thought that they child had been killed and put in the trunk and then dumped in the swamp.

  3. Caylee and her mother, Casey, were living with Caylee’s grandparents until June 15th,2008. On June 16,2008 Casey moved out of her parents house with her daughter Caylee. When Cindy Anthony, Caylee’s grandmother asked to see Caylee, Casey said that she was to busy with a work assignment in Tampa. And other times “Caylee was with her nanny at a theme park or the beach.
Casey Anthony was arrested on July 16,2008 and was charged the following day with giving false statements, neglect of the child and obstruction of a crimainal investingation.
Casey’s first testimony: Caylee drowned in the Anthony family pool, and Casey's father George, who had sexually abused Casey as a child, helped keep Caylee's death a secret. (George has vigorously denied both claims.)

Ithink that casey Anthony did kill her daughter. All the evidence pointed straight to her. Not only did she have other charges on top of that. There are some sick people inthis world.

  4. I don’t feel sorry for her at all whats so ever!! I mean who can kill their little daughter.. I mean your just freaking sick and twisted.. I couldn’t bear with something like that.. her little daughter caylee didn’t deserve to die in anyway. Her boyfriend got sent to a crazy hospital.. they say that she snapped her neck… then she said she left her baby at the nannies house. Then, after those stories didn’t work again, she said she drowned it in the pool, but she didn’t want to tell anybody, she has said so many different things I don’t know what to believe.
But I do believe she killed her daughter

  11. Caylee Anthony who was almost 3 was currently living with her grandparents, and spending a descent amount of time with her mother Casey Anthony. Casey was charged with forgery, petty theft, fraudulent use of personal information, using friends credit cards without permission, child endangerment and soon after was charged for the second time with the same charges. Later on Casey was charged with 1st degree murder Casey has been arrested 5 times within a short amount of time. I believe her mother killed her cause if she hadn’t killed her she wouldn’t have waited so long to report her death. -Brianna B.
