  4. They make women wear clothing everywhere except their eyes and they can not go anywhere with a male family member
THE women would be stricted by the laws they weren't also aloud to drive. Saduia Rabia the women would have to be treated differently because they think that females should not have the same rights as men do. They are also not aloud to drive either.

    Yemen
    The rundown
The Yemen government is very hostile to the freedom of the media in general, and the Internet is no exception. Political and social issues are always under their radar, although the digital infrastructure for the censorship here is not as advanced as in some of the other countries on our list.

Located in the southern end of Arabian Peninsula.

The republic that guaranteed several rights and civil liberties. Those rights and liberties were further codified in the Bill of Rights (the first ten amendments of the Constitution) and subsequently extended over time to more universal applicability through judicial rulings and law and reflecting the evolving norms of society — slavery being constitutionally abolished in 1865 and women's suffrage being established nationally in 1920.

  7. A country that does not celebrate the 4th of Juy is Zimbabawe. Zimbabwe is located south west from Zambia and west from Mozambique. The continent it is located on is Africa.
    Robert Mugabe
It is very bad to live there because the life expectisy isw now 38. People are getting kicked out of there homes.
They don’t have a lot of the rights that we Americans have. A lot of people cant do what they love now since Mugabe is in charge.

  9. Jaymee L,
Agitation for women's rights in Iran is entwined with broader movements for freedom and reform that critique the Islamic Republic's Shari’a law as discriminatory. Despite the foundation of these reform efforts in the social realities of contemporary Iran, anyone who critiques laws governing the rights of women is prone to the charge of insulting the sanctity and foundation of Islam and subject to harsh penalties. Reform efforts will be hamstrung until there is a foundation for open discourse and debate in Iran. Thus, human rights such as the right to freedom of expression and related rights must be seen as the fundamental basis for successful political and legal reform in Iran – whether that reform is based in liberal Islam or secularism.

  10. Saudi Arabia women have to wear clothing on any skin, except their eyes. A man relative like brother, husband or dad escort you to the mall. A male has to be with you at ALL times. The strict suppression of women is not voluntary. Saudi women are not allowed to live a freer life.

  11. Dear Mr. Garvin,
The country that I researched is North Korea. The dictator is Kim Jong-il. North Korea boarders East Asia, South Korea, and China.
The estimate of North Korea’s people are 250,00. They are confirmed to reeducation camps. Malnourishment is widespread. A boy of eight years old weights 20 pounds lighter than a boy in South Korea.
We of the united state have the right to be healthy.

  13. One country that does not recognize July 4th is Iran. It borders Iraq and Afghanistan. The continent is Asia. The mistreat homosexuals by killing them once they find out they are gay! The leader is Seyed Ali Khamane’I and he is years old. The country is ran by the –man Gaurdian Counsil. Ayyatollah Khamane’I has the right to veto any law that the government pasess. They cannot watch anything with sex, politics, and religion. The estimated websites blocked is at a total of million. In the United States things like that are not blacked. We have the freedom of speech and the freedom to do what we want until we break the law. We do not prosecute homosexuals but we can override any bill passes with 2/3rds vote from Congress. That’s about the only thing we have in common with it.

  15. Burma
The culture of Burma (or Myanmar) has been heavily influenced by Buddhism and the Mon people. Its neighbors, particularly China and Thailand have made major contributions to Burmese culture. In more recent times, British colonial rule and westernisation have influenced aspects of Burmese culture, including language and education. Burma leads the world in the use of children as soldiers, and the regime is notorious for using forced labor on construction projects and as porters for the army in war zones. In Burma they Forced labor, human trafficking, and child labour are common, and that sexual violence is abundantly used as an instrument of control, including systematic rapes and taking of sex slaves as porters for the military. A strong women's pro-democracy movement has formed in exile, largely along the Thai border and in Chiang Mai. There is a growing international movement to defend women's human rights issues.

    Than Shwe
In November 2005, without warning, Than Shwe moved his entire government from Rangoon (Yangon), the capital for the last 120 years, to Pyinmana, a remote area 245 miles away. He attended Elementary school and dropped out of High School. Shwe's first government job after school was as a mail delivery clerk. He was born on February 2, 1933 in Kayaks, in the Mandalay Division of Burma. At the time of Shwe's birth, Burma was considered a division of British India. It BORADERS INDIA,THIAILAND,CHINA.
