  2. Dear Mr. Garvin, I think people should keep their word and not run their chops.
They should be more considered of other people and do whats right I know I don’t always do the right thing but I do know Right from wrong and if someone did it to me I’d be mad and I hope people stop
Breaking rules and not being a good friend or whatever their job might be.

Breaking rules and not being a good friend or whatever their job might be. They also
Can threaten them with jail or prison anything like that to make them change their ways .
People need to learn the rules of confedielty like getting a fine .

  5. Juvenile proceedings conducted under chapter 49 of the West Virginia Code are not public proceedings. Additionally, the records of these proceedings are not open for public inspection.
The records of juveniles charged with a delinquency or status offense should not follow the juvenile for the rest of his or her life.

  6. Dear Mr G,
CONFIDENTIALITY means the state of being secret.
Sealed means . closed or secured with or as if with a seal

Well they are sealed so people cant blame them for something. They are sealed until the juvenile reaches the age of 18. They are protected by the judge and who ever else is dealing with that case.

  8. Confidentiality is important because I don’t think everybody
Would want people reading what has happened in their past.
Say a person stole something and went to jail for it when
They were a juvenile. They wouldn’t want everybody
Judging them for they have done in the past.
    this is rule 49

  9. confidentiality - the state of being secret
    Sealed- Fasten or close securely.
Prevent something from escaping by closing a container or opening
    Rule 49
Juvenile court hearings are not alowed to be public.
    Rule 50
The records of a juvenile are to be in a locked file that only the curciut court staff can get to. They are sealed because juveniles are to be given another chance unitl they are an adult. They are to be sealed until the juvenile is 18 or one year after personal or juvenile jurisdiction of the court is terminated,
    whichever is later.

  16. Dear Mr. G,
    Confidentiality-the state of being secret;
Sealed-something that keeps a thing secret.

    Rule 49:
I think it’s important that my juvenile records stay confidential so that when I turn 18, my records will look clean and it will all be forgotten. Plus I could go off to college and get a job and not have to worry about not getting a good job because my record won’t be clean.
    Rule 50:
The records are secured by the court and the records are put away a year after my 18th birthday.

  17. Sealed- I think it’s good to have a seal so no one can just come and look at the files. You should only be able to see the
Files if you are the F.B.I rule 50
